Nadia Comaneci
She was the star of the 1976 Montreal Olympics, where she became the very first woman to score a perfect 10 on her way to winning three Gold medals, one Silver and one Bronze.
Nadia continued her dominance through the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, where she won two Gold and two Silver medals. In 1984, Nadia was awarded the Olympic Order by the International Olympic Committee.
